Terms & Conditions

Effective: 29 October 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AgentVouch platform, including its website, register, review workflows, notifications and integrations (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation, and references to "you" include that organisation. Each organisation using the Service is responsible for the conduct of its members and for the content they submit.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Purpose of the Service

AgentVouch is an internal governance and oversight platform for AI agents. It provides a register of AI agents, request and assessment workflows, risk classification, approval chains, recertification attestations, compliance mapping and an audit history.

The Service is a record-keeping and workflow tool. Decisions recorded in AgentVouch — including approvals, rejections and sign-offs — are the decisions of the people who record them. AgentVouch does not make legal, regulatory or compliance determinations on your behalf, and nothing in the Service constitutes legal advice.

3. Accounts and roles

Accounts are created by invitation or approved sign-up. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity carried out under your account.

The Service supports multiple organisation roles (such as owner, admin, requester, reviewer, approver and auditor). Your organisation's administrators are responsible for assigning roles appropriately and for reviewing that access remains correct.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; submit false, misleading or fabricated assessment or attestation records; attempt to access data belonging to another organisation; interfere with the availability or integrity of the Service; reverse-engineer, scrape or resell the Service; or use the Service to store content that is illegal or that infringes the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

5. Your content and data

You retain all rights to the content you submit to the Service — including agent descriptions, assessments, checklists, compliance records and attachments ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content, including any personal data contained in it, may lawfully be submitted and processed for the purposes of the Service, and for complying with your own obligations as a controller of that data.

Records of approvals, sign-offs, attestations and audit events are retained as an accountability history and may not be editable by users after the fact.

6. Data security and confidentiality

We apply technical and organisational measures designed to protect the Service and its data, including tenant isolation between organisations, role-based access control, encryption in transit and at rest, and an append-style audit trail. Details of current security practices are available on request.

We treat Your Content as confidential and do not disclose it to third parties except as needed to provide the Service (for example, hosting and email infrastructure), to comply with law, or with your instruction — such as an integration you configure with a third-party governance platform.

7. Integrations

The Service may connect to third-party platforms that you configure (for example governance, risk and compliance platforms, single sign-on providers or webhook destinations). When you enable an integration, you authorise the exchange of the relevant data with that platform under your account with it.

We are not responsible for third-party platforms, their availability, or how they handle your data once it is transmitted to them.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available and may perform maintenance that temporarily limits availability. The Service is provided without any commitment to uninterrupted or error-free operation unless separately agreed in a service-level agreement.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding and content, is owned by the Service operator or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you no rights in the Service other than the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data.

Subject to the preceding sentence, each party's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the greater of the fees paid or payable for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred pounds sterling (£100).

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Term and termination

These Terms apply for as long as you use the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, unlawful use, or if required by law, with reasonable notice where practicable.

On request following termination, we will make organisation data available for export for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted in line with our data-retention practices.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by other reasonable means, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to them, without prejudice to mandatory local consumer rights.

14. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be directed to your AgentVouch account contact or submitted through the Service's support channels.
